All digital downloads are available instantly and delivered electronically.

Please allow up to 10 to 14 business days standard for turnaround time for design services, unless stated otherwise.

Please be sure to read the 'Turnaround Time" section underneath each product description. Turnaround time varies based upon service.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for any changes/revisions to your project.

All services will be completed in the order in which they were booked.

Turnaround time clock starts only AFTER you have emailed us all necessary info, images, etc.

NO BLURRY/POOR QUALITY IMAGES OR VIDEOS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
